Here are some of the duties that may be a part of your position The Caregiver Manager that will positively impact the lives of those who call us home!
- Team leader that inspires others to provide the best care possible for our seniors.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising care givers
- Staff scheduling
- Updating care plans
- Ensuring our residents live their best lives.
- Review and completes the weekly QA requirements in Blue Step for the Caregiver Manager position.
- Most importantly serving seniors in your community!
