Job Summary
We are seeking Caregivers to join our team! Halo Specialized Home Care is a licensed, Non-Medical Home Care agency serving the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding areas. We specialize in providing the highest quality of care by the most respected and qualified caregivers in our industry.
In this role, you will make a difference in the life of an elderly woman by enhancing her quality of life! Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and other tasks that improve her living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, experienced, and reliable.
Location: Monterey, CA
We have full time and part time available! The schedules for the following position are:
5 days/week: 7a - 3p
5 days/week: 3p - 11p
5 days/week: 11p - 7a
2 days/week: 7a - 3p
2 days/week: 3p - 11p
2 days/week: 11p - 7a
Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication Reminders
• Provide companionship
• Bathroom Assist

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role
• Experience with dementia
• Experience with changing briefs
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
