Responsibilities- Our Caregivers Provide and or assist clients in all activities of daily living and Personal Care such as, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and personal laundry.
- Our Caregivers Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, assigned exercises, and toileting, including the use of a bedpan or commode.
- Our Caregivers help clients with light housekeeping and food shopping.
- Our Caregivers prepares nutritious meals within the client's diet and assists with eating when necessary.
- Our Caregivers meet the safety needs of the client and uses adaptive equipment safely and appropriately.
- Our Caregivers observes the client's general condition communicates any changes promptly to the Clinical Manager and Coordinator.
- Our Caregivers reminds and assists patients in taking medications.
- Our Caregivers recognize emergencies and utilizes emergency procedures.
- Our Caregivers engage in stimulating conversation.
- Our Caregivers cooperate with all other caregivers to deliver outstanding care to clients.

Our Home Health Aids / Certified Nursing Assistants will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of one-year full-time equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred.
- This is a very physical job - we are ACTIVE Day after all! As a result, you will need to be able to:
- Push, pull, lift, transfer, pivot at least 50 pounds.
- Sit, Stand and/or Walk up to 8 hours a day
- Successful results of background check, motor vehicle report, drug testing and any other state specific requirements
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance are required
