Caregiver For In-Home Care

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience as a caregiver
* Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
* Experience in caregiving

JOB DUTIES:
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reaction
* Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding if necessary
* Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
* Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
* Assists clients with medication as defined in medication procedure; assists or supervises residents who self-administer medications; follows physician orders and state laws to administer medications to clients who cannot self-administer their medications
* Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
* Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals

EMPLOYER COMMENTS:
* Employer will run a background check before the first day of employment
* Will need to drive to work sites and transport clients (as needed)
* Work sites in Yamhill County ( McMinnville, Newberg, Carlton)
*Drug tests if employee has an on the job accident that requires more than first aid attention and for just cause.

Schedule: Schedule varies, dependent on business need and caregiver availability

PAY:
* $21.00- $24 per Hour, Depending On Experience
* $150 sign-on bonus!
