```Responsibilities```
- Provide direct support and care of elderly
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary-Encourage and support them in activities
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
```Skills```
- Experience working with people
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices is a plus
-CBRF training and experience is a plus
