Essential Functions:
- Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
- Ensuring the client's home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
- Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
- Ensure client's rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
- Reliable transportation.
- Current TB Test.
- 1-3 Years of Experience
