We are hiring energetic, compassionate, and dedicated Caregivers and Med-Techs to join our growing team in our beautiful Senior Living community Cogir of Bothell Memory Care. Our Caregivers provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting.
Our teams work 8-hr shifts (all shifts available), and we prefer one weekend-day availbility.

What will you do as a Caregiver?
- Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
- Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with dementia is strongly preferred but we will train as well
- Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome!
- Six months to one year related experience preferred and/or training in direct care services with older adults.
- Current First Aid and CPR license is a plus
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
