Job Description:
Responsible to participate in and complete all assigned learning tasks, classes, and projects while being introduced to CGRC jobs in the career track of choice.
Job Responsibilities
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all times.
Complete all learning and project assignments by established due dates.
In the select career track, intern may work independently, in partnership with assigned staff, as observer only, and/or in groups to learn the type of work performed in each role, the purpose of the roles, while gaining skills and work experience.
Various duties, dependent on career track chosen, may include: data entry, completing and processing paperwork, filing, answering telephones, processing reservations, calculating data, reviewing applications, scheduling appointments, participating in interviews, auditing data, taking notes during meetings, processing jackpots, answering questions, dealing games, preparing copy for publication, presenting sales materials, processing new member applications, conducting chip and ticket redemptions, providing food and beverage service, observing pool activities, processing sales transactions, cleaning guest rooms, casino gaming areas, and hotel public areas, light landscaping, general maintenance and light repairs of facility, washing, chopping, dicing food products, guest observations and assistance.

Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Completion of or current enrollment to achieve a college degree or trade certificate required.
