Our Career Counselors:

• Are actively involved in marketing and developing employer relationships that will enhance successful outcomes.
• Develop an understanding of employer job requirements; complete job analysis and environmental analysis forms, conduct employer/staff interviews with the intent of understanding employer work expectations.
• Develop individual program plans from a person-centered approach and coordinate implementation of service to achieve plan goals.

Requirements:

• Become CPR/First Aid Certified
• Have a current driver's license and insurance
