Care Team Member

Ethos Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Care Team Member for its Ethos Wellness - Lovett location.

Ethos Wellness - Lovett is part of Ethos Behavioral Health Group. EBHG, a family of integrated healing centers, offers specialized and personalized mental health care for anything ranging from substance use disorders to mood and personality disorders via inpatient care at The Prairie Recovery Center and outpatient care through multiple Ethos Wellness locations in Texas and Illinois.

Care Team Member Position Summary:

The Care Team Member is responsible for non-clinical administrative duties as well as assisting with patients’ financial status.

Work Schedule: Full time: Monday to Friday: 12pm to 8pm 

                            Part time: Monday to Friday: 3pm to 8pm

*May be required to work at Woodway location - 5757 Woodway Drive, Houston, Tx, 77057

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and transfer phones for Ethos Wellness
2. Assist callers with descriptions of program offerings
3. Collaborate with admissions team about any new inquiries
4. Assist with the communication of financial status to patients or families
5. Complete financial paperwork and coordinate signatures
6. Collect clinical fees when necessary
7. Assist with Intakes
8. Assist clinical staff with scheduling of initial visit
9. Maintain room assignments of individual and group spaces
10. Collect and organize incoming mail
11. Monitor supply levels and create work orders as needed
12. Assist with safety checks as assigned by Executive Director
