Our Early Intervention services offer a comprehensive, research-based program for children from birth to 3 years with disabilities or at risk of not meeting their developmental milestones.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and coordinating care for our patients. This position requires knowledge of medical office procedures, medical terminology, and excellent organizational skills.
Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely access to care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and their families
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and preparing reports
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Skills:
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
