Cardiovascular Specialist - Ep Cath Lab Tech

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cardiovascular Specialist - EP Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our patients and ensure the highest levels of care. The Cardiovascular Specialist - EP Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of advanced cardiovascular procedures, such as scrubs for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures and for electrophysiology /device implants, and structural heart interventions. Responsibilities include patient assessment and management of care.

• Perform a variety of advanced cardiovascular procedures, including percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), electrophysiology (EP) studies, and structural heart interventions.
• Understand and adhere to safety protocols, including but not limited to infection control, radiation safety, and proper patient positioning.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, and perform basic patient care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and accurately document patient data.
• Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment and ensure proper functioning of the lab.
• Provide patient education regarding cardiovascular health and procedures.
• Provide quality patient care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have structural heart experience.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and competence in basic invasive cardiovascular technology, i.e. EKG, patient assessment and management of care, etc.
• RCES Certification Required.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
• At least three years' experience in cardiovascular care.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
