Position Description: Cardiovascular Interventional Tech
The Cardiovascular Interventional Tech serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.
- Scrubbing in for Procedures (Cardiac Caths and Pacemaker Implants)
- Using Hemodynamic System to Monitor Patient and Document Procedure
- On Call for Emergent Procedures

Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS
- Technical or Associates in Radiology with ARRT and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
- OR Associates in Respiratory with RRT, Active NBRC Credential and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
- OR 3 years experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
- OR RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
- OR Graduate of CVT Program and no experience
