Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Inventory Clerk, your main responsibility is to direct the supply related activities within cardiovascular services.

• Responsible for daily supply operations in the Cath Lab.
• Responsible for implementation of best practices, policies and procedures within the Cath Lab.
• Manages and maintains the inventory according to department policies and procedures ensuring appropriate levels, timely order processing and capture of patient charges
• Maintains effective communication with internal and external customers, while adhering to the Code of Conduct. Works with Cath Lab management on supply related projects.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and ensures vendors are in compliance with hospital policy.
• Inspects supplies and ensures they are undamaged and unexpired.
• Keeps supply areas neat and clean.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required
• 5 years of healthcare materials or inventory experience preferred
