What The Role Is
The Credit Card Specialist is responsible for the set up of new commercial accounts, maintenance, cross check and monitoring of reports related to both consumer and commercial accounts.

- Set up of Commercial New Accounts
- Maintenance of Commercial Accounts
- Cross Check responsibilities for various consumer card processes
- Monitoring of reports related to both consumer and commercial accounts
- Imaging responsibilities for both consumer and commercial processes
- Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines for Commercial Accounts are met
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
Who You Are
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years related work experience in bank operations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
- Detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a self starter and excel at time management
