Pay Range: $17 - $21 per hour

As a Shift Manager, you help lead our teams in providing a safe, fast, clean, and friendly experience to our Car Wash customers as well performing opening and closing duties at the Car Wash.
Shift Manager duties may include:
• Performs opening/closing procedures and serving as the manager in charge when assigned.
• Responsible for Cash handling, counting the till, and deposit procedures.
• Building a strong company work culture through your day-to-day leadership behaviors.
• Assists with preventative and overall maintenance at the Car Wash.
• Works with management to increase Car Wash sales
• Promptly greets all customers in a friendly and helpful manner and educating about our services.
• Facilitate efficient and safe processing of customer vehicles.
• Performs visual inspections of vehicles and remove excess dirt and debris to ensure a quality result.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and attractive wash facility.
• Help clean and maintain equipment.
• Participate in learning and cross training activities to facilitate smooth business operations.
Shift Manager requirements:
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible, attentive individual with great customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and a pride in delivering quality service.
• An individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.
• Willingness to engage in cross training and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Someone with great leadership skills who loves working in a team environment.
• The position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as walking, standing (100% of shift), bending, stooping, and handling of tools/materials as well as lifting up to 25 lbs.
