Car Wash Attendant

We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new Car Wash facility on Hwy 6, slated for July or August 2024. To ensure the success of this venture, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the efficient operation of our Car Wash facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Car Washing duties efficiently and effectively using our Express Car Wash system.

2. Operate Car Wash equipment safely and accurately, ensuring optimal performance.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Car Wash facility, including the surrounding area.

4. Assist customers with selecting appropriate wash packages and provide guidance on our services.

5. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

6. Ensure the satisfaction of customers by delivering a positive and memorable Car Wash experience.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

8. Perform routine maintenance tasks on Car Wash equipment as needed.

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

11. Promote and encourage customers to sign up for monthly subscription plans.

12. Track and record subscription sales accurately.

13. Provide information to customers regarding the benefits of subscribing to our services.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in Car Washing or related field required.

2. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in hot or cold weather conditions for extended periods.

3. Familiarity with Car Wash equipment, particularly Express Car Wash systems, is highly desirable.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
