Position Overview:
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Store Leader to hire and train new team members, coordinate daily workflow, and provide direction and support to the team. Your role involves overseeing Team Members, ensuring adherence to company policies, monitoring store performance, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction. Utilize your sales expertise to guide the team and maintain accurate cash accountability at POS stations. Embrace flexibility in working various hours, weekends, and holidays while upholding the highest standards of guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Leader in hiring and training new Team Members.
- Coordinate daily workflow, providing direction and support to the team.
- Assist in employment actions following company policies.
- Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities for increased productivity.
- Address guest inquiries ensuring full guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the proper use of sales techniques within the team.
- Maintain accurate cash accountability at POS stations.
- Perform assigned duties as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Showcase strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service abilities.
- Possess accurate reading, counting, and writing skills.
- Availability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
- Ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay/Benefits Information:
- $20 per hour + performance incentives.
- Subject to eligibility requirements, team members may receive health care benefits, 401(k) retirement benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid sick leave.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
