CAR-T OOS Director
Job Profile Summary
The CAR-T OOS Director within US MAF, CAR-T leads team functions to support providers choosing to use OOS CAR-T product. Coordinates with a cross-functional time and leads a team to facilitate critical information exchange externally and amongst internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include development and implementation of SOPs and process flows to ensure timely fulfillment of product to sites for patients in need.
Job Description
Builds and manages relationships with external and internal partners. Assists in improving customer experience, scientific communications, evidence generation, and medical education activities.
Develops insights related to CAR-T manufacturing outcomes and crafts a deep understanding of external customers’ needs to develop medical affairs strategy. Additionally, coordinates with CAR-T medical directors and manufacturing colleagues on projects to improve manufacturing experience.
Designs novel approaches to address clinical workflows and technical problems in clinical practice.
Leads a team responsible for operational interaction with sites. Drives team culture and individual career development for team members. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree or equivalent is required. A doctoral degree or higher is strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Qualifications
A minimum of three years of Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research & Development experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or two or more years of relevant clinical research experience, is preferred.
Deep knowledge and experience with CAR-T manufacturing processes. Site contracting experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are required.
Strong organizational skills are a must.
A proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with interaction with cross-functional teams is preferred.
This role is located in Horsham, PA and may require up to 20% travel.
