To excel in this role, apart from prioritizing customer satisfaction, proficient computer skills are essential. On most days, your responsibilities will include making reservations, opening and closing rental contracts, and using reports to manage daily rental activities. We take pride in understanding our customers, their families, and their routines because we genuinely care about them. In return, our customers appreciate the level of service we provide, often sharing stories about their families and remarkable vacations.
Our operational hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. As a Car Rental Sales Agent, you will receive a compensation of $19 - $20 per hour (base pay, plus commission and bonuses).
