Key Responsibilities as a Car Key Technician:
- Provide expert car key cutting and programming services
- Diagnose and troubleshoot key and remote issues
- Perform on-site key replacements and repairs
- Stay updated on the latest car key technologies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex key-related challenges- Sales on site at our product launches and events- Customer interfacing providing a positive experience through customer service
Requirements we look for in our next Car Key Technician:
- Previous experience as a car key technician is ideal, but we are willing to train
- Knowledge of various car makes and models is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements- Coachable attitude/ability to receive feedback through training

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
