Colgate University is hiring a Capital Asset Coordinator/Jr. Buyer to provide effective and efficient operations of Capital Assets, salvage, and surplus operations to ensure timely procurement and payment.
Primary responsibilities include: recording asset / property into systems; processing requisitions / purchase orders / defective / damage assets; compliance; executing purchase orders and payment methods.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented, accurately perform online data entry, have excellent communication skills and is highly organized.
Hiring range: $18.75-$20.75.
