Job description

Are you a confident, charismatic risk–taker who loves to be compensated for your hard work? As a Canvass Manager at DaBella you will find yourself being financially rewarded as well as receiving consistent resources to grow into Canvass Leadership Council and Canvass Territory Manager roles.

 

Day to Day:

  • Daily morning meeting with your team.
  • Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what we have to offer to new and existing customers.
  • Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
  • Able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
  • Ability to grow and lead your team.
  • Complete a paid basic management course.

 

Our Canvass Managers enjoy:

  • Guaranteed base rate of $55,000/annually.
  • Daily and monthly bonus Opportunities.
    • Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.
    • Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.
  • Continuous investment in leadership and growth opportunities.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Previous marketing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous leadership/management experience preferred, but not required.
