At Nuthera Labs we strongly support the rights of medical marijuana patients in the state of Missouri. We work to educate and create community awareness on the benefits of medical marijuana. Our goal is a safe and understanding environment for those individuals using medicinal marijuana to improve their lives on the whole.

Position Summary
Nuthera Labs located in Riverside, MO is a newly opening cannabis lab seeking a full-time Cannabis Trimmer to join our team. The right candidate for this role is a self-starter and team player, who will assist in the production of high-quality cannabis products. This position entails of indoor grow operations. A Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge is required.

Key Position Responsibilities

planting, deleafing, cleaning, watering, harvesting, shucking, trimming, trellising, equipment operations, heavy lifting, and working on a perpetual harvest calendar.

Days of work may vary based on the needs of the company and on the needs of the plants.

Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.

• Proficient with Excel
• Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.
• Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and through written media.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
• Ability to articulate job goals in a manner they're completed effectively the first time.
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Proper employment documentation; reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

Agriculture work, by nature, is physically demanding and repetitive. This position must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Additionally, the ability to lift 25-50 pounds without assistance is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
