Responsibilities:

1. Precision Trimming: Trim and manicure cannabis plants with precision, ensuring the highest quality product for our customers.

2. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control inspections to identify and remove any impurities or unwanted materials.

3. Efficient Workflow: Collaborate with the cultivation team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, meeting production targets while upholding quality standards.

4. Compliance: Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation and processing.

5. Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following strict sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights, techniques, and ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cannabis trimming preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, anatomy, and cultivation practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.
