Vegetative Lead
The Vegetative Lead position is responsible for care of our veg/mother room daily .
Transfer of clones into veg /flower
Topping, Pruning and defoliating
Cleaning and sanitizing the room.
Proper IPM maintenance
Proper Irrigation strategies
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This is an active position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
- The position requires talking and hearing as well as visual acuity.
- Employees must frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in cannabis cultivation IS A MUST!
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- Days and hours of work may vary by scheduling or seasonal needs.
- Evening and weekend work will sometimes be required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 or older. Resident with a current valid State-issued ID or Driver's License
