SalaryAre you a plant whisperer with a penchant for precision? Do you thrive in a team, love a controlled environment, and have an eye for the tiniest leaf? If yes, then you might just be the Cultivation Tech we’re looking for at Sublime Cultivation in sunny Phoenix, Arizona!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the plant guru: water, feed, prune, and talk sweet nothings to our medicinal cannabis plants.
- Play dress-up with plants: manicure, clean, and stake them like they're going to the plant prom.
- Be a transplant surgeon: move plants around with the care of a neurosurgeon.
- Be a cleanliness champion: wash pots, clean trays, and make sure our facility sparkles.
- Be a data detective: record plant growth, stalk temperatures, and track every little change.
- Be a climate controller: help manage the ecosystem of our green beauties.
- Be a clone champion: the creator of all clones/mother plants and tending to the care the plants need.
Your Tools:
- Green thumb (mandatory!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs of love (a.k.a. plants and tools).
- Willingness to work in a mix of hot, cold, and humid conditions – think of it as a free spa day!
- Basic math skills – to count plants, not sheep.
Must-Haves:
- At least 21 years young (Arizona law, not ours!).
- Active FA card issued from AZDHS
- High school diploma or its equivalent – GEDs are cool too.
- Reliable transportation – your magic carpet or a car will do.
- Arizona State Issued ID – to prove you’re as real as our plants.
- Ability to pass a background check – let’s keep it all legal!
Nice-to-Haves:
- A background in horticulture/agriculture – show us your plant creds!
- Experience in manufacturing/labor – because plants are the ultimate product.
- Experience in inventory/tracking/data analysis.
