We are seeking a Recruitment Scheduler to join our recruiting team in North America. No experience necessary, we provide all the training and tools necessary to be successful.
It's a fast-paced and dynamic role on an energetic and inclusive team where creative and diversity of thought about how to do things in new ways is strongly supported. This role will participate on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent, because we know that there's always a better way - from responding to job applicants to generating a candidate pipeline, you'll be one of the go-to individuals to handle our hourly Candidate Care program.
We're looking for a creative, driven and energetic individual who has strong interpersonal skills and also the ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with our applicant pool.

In This Role You Will:
- Utilize problem solving and people skills to accomplish the daily tasks
- review a large volume of job applicant profiles/resumes
- Phone screen job applicants and tell them about ADM within 72 hours
- Assist with managing our recruiting mailboxes
- Virtual and onsite job fair coordination
- Support onboarding tasks
- Manage postings on multiple job boards
- Help publish job advertisements online and in physical public locations
- Assist in processing offer forms
- Follow up with new hires for start date confirmations
- Consistently follow up with targeted candidates through multiple hiring platforms
- Maintain detailed documentation of candidates within the organization
- Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a service-related role (customer service, server, sales, retail)
- Self-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow-through.
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Outstanding customer service
- NO recruiting/staffing experience is necessary, we will train.
