Position Summary:
Reporting to the Customer Outreach Manager, the Customer Outreach Specialist will contact customers to assist them with strategic migrations and/or integrations. They will also need to work with multiple internal teams such as Finance, Network Activations, Go-To-Market, and more.
Position Location:
Position is open to Head Office, Mississauga, or Remote USA/CAN candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers by phone and email to communicate key impending changes they need to be aware of and/or take action as result of
Where the identified contact is no longer valid, follow the steps to identify a new contact
Support Customer Success Managers and/or sales with any customers who need to manually sign a contract either via Adobe Sign or wet signature
Explain simple technical workflows to customers
Diligently track all activity towards program goals
Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency
Assist with data gathering and research
Investigate root cause behind data quality issues
Skills/Qualifications:
Advanced Excel/database skills
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
Strong analytical skills preferably within a B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship building/management skills
Project Management experience a definite asset
Contract Details:
This is a contract to complete a project, anticipated end date August 1st.
