SalaryA Campus Visit Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for students interested in our course offerings to understand their interest and ensure they are pointed in the right direction. Responding rapidly to all student inquiries and providing customer service to both current and prospective students.
This position is 100% remote- candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, now and during the course of employment with Berkeley College
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange Campus Visits for prospective students.
Ensure compliance, customer service, and product knowledge.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, required
Some College preferred
EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
Customer service/call center experience preferred
Outbound/Inbound phone experience preferred
College admissions experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Salesforce
Command on Microsoft Office and outlook email/internet
PC Requirements
- 1.6 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 2 core, 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
- 2 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 4 GB RAM (64-bit)
- 32 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
- Microphone/Webcam/USB Headsets- Faulty headsets/webcams will be replaced if the associate is here more than 90 days.
- High Speed Internet Access (Cable, DSL, or FIOS) (For best results, its recommended to connect directly to router instead of using Wi-Fi) No use of wireless hotspots. Minimum 50 mbps for download and 15 mbps for upload for Internet Speed.
Two Screens/Monitors Preferred
Mac Requirements:
- MacBook (2015 or newer)/ MacBook Pro (Late 2013 or newer)
- MacBook Air (2013 or newer)/ Mac mini (2014 or newer)
- iMac (2014 or newer)/ iMac Pro (2017 or newer)
- 12.5 Gigs of available disk space or higher/ 4 Gig of RAM
- Microphone/ Webcam/ USB Headsets- ES will replace faulty headsets/webcams if the associate is here more than 90 days.

Compensation: $16-$18 hourly - No Commission
