Position Description:
CGI has a great opportunity for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with CGI's hiring guidelines and policies. He/she will provide support to the recruiting function in various, customer-serving aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the offer process. The Coordinator will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, potential candidates/applicants and new hires. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Campus Recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule recruiting events across various campuses, including event payment.
•Maintain and update our internal events tracking database with all relevant event and attendee information.
•Post jobs through our applicant tracking system as well as at schools and other job boards as necessary.
•Coordinate the in-house interview process and travel associated with each event.
•Support recruiting function with parts of the onsite interview process that includes: scheduling interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, schedule catering for the interview day, send out candidate communication, and communicate interview event details to the interview teams.
•Review and submit candidate travel expenses.
•Create offer letters.
•Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; i.e., forms, initiate background investigations, and new hire tasks.
•Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system and candidate tracker.
•Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
•Reconcile the purchasing credit card each month.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record
•1-2 years of HR or recruiting-related experience preferred
•Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
•Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
•Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
•Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and Ensemble.
•Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $36,300-$79,800.
