Platt College Los Angeles consists of four Southern California campuses located in Alhambra, Ontario, Riverside and Anaheim. Platt offers certificate and degree programs in several subject areas including school of graphic design, business and legal studies, medical sciences, and information technology.   • Compensation Range: $ 115,000 - 130,000/year DOE

The Campus President is responsible for achieving quality outcomes for students, campus growth and development plans, and profitability goals of the campus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accountable for profitability of campus and meeting each department’s budgetary goals
  • Meet all accreditation standards as established by the BPPE, ACCSC and DOE
  • Meet or exceed budgeted modular and yearly start goals
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention rates
  • Ensure that the College operates within the established Title IV standards and guidelines
  • Ensure that all staff evaluations/reviews are completed per policy
  • Meet or exceed budgeted EBITDA goals for the fiscal year
  • Establish and monitor staff and institutional improvement goals
  • Ensure that the facility is educationally functional and safe
  • Ensure that the facility is constantly within accepted rates for 90/10 and Title IV default
  • Responsible for the enrollment of qualified students via implementation of effective lead generation
  • Manage and oversee campus productivity
  • Manage and oversee all campus departments including Admissions, Financial Aid Services, Education, Career Services and Student Services
  • Responsible for overall morale and enthusiasm of staff, faculty and students
  • Ensures that all staff and faculty provide exemplary customer service
  • Participate in developing, maintaining and meeting goals of annual campus-wide budget
  • Conduct daily reality checks and weekly meetings with all departments to track activity and achievement of goals
  • Proactively manages attrition and incorporates all departments in student retention initiatives
  • Ensures school is fully staffed at all times through implementation of a succession plan
  • Communicates consistently with Corporate Staff and supports all Corporate initiatives
  • Responsible for communication to appropriate parties regarding all purchasing, repair and collateral needs for all departments
  • Ensure that proper training is administered for all new hires and continuous professional growth is provided for all employees
  • Responsible for adhering to all regulatory compliance issues
  • Provide disciplinary action when necessary
  • Proactive in community outreach events and community networking
  • Delegate facilitation of on-campus special events
  • Special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Management and supervisory abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities

Credentials and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 5 years of prior management experience, industry-related preferred
