The Company:
We are Hover Camp Collective and we are excited to welcome you to our first location in Swan Valley Idaho. We are a destination for anglers, families, and adventurers of any kind. You can find us in prime fly-fishing territory right off of the infamous Rocky Mountain Fly Highway, Hwy 26. We are an hour outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming and only thirty minutes to Victor, Idaho.
Hover Camp Collective - Swan Valley (formerly Camp Rendezvous) is a clean and quiet RV park and campground with a spectacular view of Baldy Mountain. The South Fork of the Snake River and Palisades Reservoir are only minutes away. We have 4 cabins that sleep 4-6 people each, 14 RV pads with 30/50 AMP power & water and 10 tent camping sites. Amenities include showers, laundry, and a fully stocked fly & tackle shop.

The Position:
We are looking for a couple who can commit a year to grow our name recognition in the valley, maintain our property, and create the level of care and hospitality that reflects the beauty of this stunning location.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and answer location specific questions
- Maintain campground facilities: pick up trash, mowing, maintain laundry room, watering
- Operate the Fly & Tackle shop including procurement, organization, stock, and work with local vendors as appropriate.
- Clean and launder cabins between occupancy
- Manage rentals for campsites and cabins
- Prepare and maintain a grab & go breakfast and coffee station
- Enforce campground rules to ensure maximum guest enjoyment for all
- Use provided snow-plow truck to keep parking and camp roads open(seasonal)
Requirements:
- A genuine love of people and the outdoors
- Hospitality background (either personally or professionally)
- RV or camping experience
- Facility and grounds maintenance experience a plus
- Fly fishing experience a plus
Salary + Benefits:
- $50k-$80k
- Partially furnished housing
- Peak season residence is expected from April through October with minimal oversight in the winter months.
- A year-long commitment is required
- Schedule for above responsibilities will be for 5 days a week, additional staff will relieve 2 days of operations, and these can be scheduled around your preference.
- Lodging could either be a permanent campsite for your RV or there is an Owners Residence, a 3 bedroom house that includes the fly & tackle shop.
