Because Back Office was built by Restaurant Owners, for Restaurant Owners, it was specifically designed to address the revenue, cost of goods, labor, and compliance concerns that operators face within the industry. Through Back Office, owners gain clear and actionable insights into their performance, empowering them to make data-based operational decisions while leveraging the unique combination of continued education and user-friendly software, right at their fingertips.
This position is based out of our Littleton, CO office and is budgeted from $65,000 - $75,000 annually. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

As a service provider to the restaurant industry, the Client Advisory team has a great opportunity to provide an engaging experience with Restaurant Owners who don't have strong experience with financial reporting which creates a rewarding aspirational experience for both team and clients alike. Our client advisory team consists of ex-restaurant GM's, Executive Chefs and owners; who know the business inside and out. Use your expert experience to share best practices, and empower restauranteurs with dynamic reporting…without having to do the dishes!
Your impact:
- Provide Restaurant Owners and operators with the skills and systems to run their store in a profitable manner while helping them increase their bottom line
- Schedule and administer new client orientations and conversions
- Coordinate with various departments to collect client materials and assist in the organization of onboarding information/documentation
- Effectively train new clients in the RASI modules of payroll, accounts payable, inventory, daily sales and cash management
- Utilize current training documentation and develop new guides and processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the training cycle
- Enhance client retention by developing tools to communicate client opportunities
- Communicate new features and enhancements to RASI team
- Educate clients on additional platform opportunities to increase engagement and leverage potential cost savings
- Perform breakeven analysis and create strategic budgeting based on client's current performance and goals
- Provide high-level Operational reviews centered on goals, tactics and measurements for operational success
About you:
- 4+ years of high-level management experience in the restaurant industry (corporate experience preferred)
- Knowledge of how financial reporting such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements are used to understand the financial health of the business.
- High-level attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task and handle several clients and projects at a time
