The Remote Call taker/ Office Admin position is responsible for answering & making inbound/outbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, data entry, payroll entry, and help with miscellaneous office admin tasks.
This position does require some travel to our Northlake office.

Qualifications:
- Completion of High School.
- Organization and detail orientation.
- Google Suite Experience.
- Excellent communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 Years prior experience in home service call taking
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- English required; Spanish preferred
- Ability to read, understand and apply standards to moderately complex documents including but not limited to agreements/contracts, forms, process flows and reports
