Call Taker

The Remote Call taker/ Office Admin position is responsible for answering & making inbound/outbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, data entry, payroll entry, and help with miscellaneous office admin tasks.

This position does require some travel to our Northlake office.

Qualifications:

• Completion of High School.
• Organization and detail orientation.
• Google Suite Experience.
• Excellent communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 Years prior experience in home service call taking
• 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• English required; Spanish preferred
• Ability to read, understand and apply standards to moderately complex documents including but not limited to agreements/contracts, forms, process flows and reports
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
