Position Summary
Mathnasium is looking for a Call Specialist to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable. They are passionate about helping students learn math and achieve educational success.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours and will report directly to the District Director/Education Coordinator.
You Will

• Initiate outbound calls to a targeted list of leads.
• Professionally handle incoming calls from customers, including returning customers and potential new clients, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
• Actively listen to understand inquiries, concerns, or requests and effectively address them.
• Offer precise information about the Mathnasium program, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Recognize and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Introduce or reintroduce Mathnasium to families, explaining how our program can uniquely benefit their child's needs.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the Mathnasium's Radius CRM system.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential and returning clients, fostering a positive impression of Mathnasium.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly call volume targets.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the Mathnasium Program and any special promotions.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

You Bring

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement and relationship-building with families via phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing rapport and fostering trust with potential families.
• Comfortable with call scripts and adaptable to tailor them as needed.
• Capable of handling objections and rejections in a positive and resilient manner.
• Proficiency with CRM software and call center tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate management and updates of customer records.
• Possesses a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications.
