Call Routing Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Call Routing Specialist at Greater Than Care, you will play a vital role in connecting potential clients with our licensed insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Engage with callers to understand their needs and determine the nature of their inquiry.
- Screen calls effectively to identify potential clients interested in health insurance products.
- Transfer callers for further consultation and assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.

- Full-time position Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
