Great for someone who works at Lowes or Home Depot and wants out of the retail lifestyle and crazy work schedule; yet support somewhat similar responsibilities, with a team of 5-7 others, in a upscale/casual work environment
Responsibilities:
Assist sales representatives in managing customer accounts and relationships.
Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Coordinate with appropriate persons to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and support to customers.
Identify opportunities to offer products to enhance orders.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in sales support or customer service within a similar industry.
Familiarity with processing purchase orders and managing customer accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English as being on the phones is a major part of being successful in this role.
