Call Center Trainer(Onsite)Bellevue, NE $20 per hourWeekdays 8am-5pm (Overtime/weekend hours during peak vacation season)Contact Center trainer is responsible for training new customer service employees and supporting experienced employees to improve their performance.Their duties include creating educational material, conducting training sessions, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring staff members stay motivated.Perform regular, on-going monitoring and documentation of Contact Center performance as scheduled; Record and archive telephone calls (Contact Center staff and third-party services). Monitor and archive non-phone tasks. Conduct individual meetings with CSR’s as scheduled, and provide written evaluation sheets as scheduled. Facilitate training sessions provided for new hires, and follow-up coaching conducted in a timely manner. Emergency training and corrections provided as necessary to maintain high quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions and issues. Procedures developed, maintained, and easily accessible.
