Call Center Trainer/Facilitator

Job Title: Call Center Trainer - Covington, GA (Atlanta metro area)

In-Office Full-time

As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new and existing Call Center employees. You will work closely with the Call Center Manager and other stakeholders to identify training needs and design training programs to address those needs. You will also be responsible for delivering the training and assessing its effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Call Center employees, including product and service knowledge, call handling skills, customer service, and communication skills.

• Work with the Call Center Manager and other stakeholders to identify training needs and design training programs to address those needs.
• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Deliver training sessions in a classroom or virtual setting, using a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Provide feedback to Call Center employees on their performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Call Center training and share insights with the Call Center Manager and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Call Center trainer, with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and adapt training delivery to meet the needs of diverse groups of learners.
• Knowledge of Call Center operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with e-learning and other digital learning platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to identify opportunities to improve training programs and delivery.
