The Job:
Hours: Monday to Friday 12 pm to 8 pm; Saturdays & Sundays rotations
The Call Center Evening Shift Team Leadwill make outbound phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general organizational information as well as some data entry. The Call Center Evening Shift Team Lead qualifies, schedules, confirms and verifies appointments for our Sales Reps to demonstrate our product. The Call Center Evening Shift Team Lead makes follow up calls for potential rehash sales and take inbound calls from Sales reps in the field to evaluate performance. The Call Center Team Lead must have the ability to persuade potential clients, handle multiple tasks, and have the ability to deal with tough situations with professional composure at all times.
Daily Duties:
- Answer incoming calls friendly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls.
- Manage the schedule and daily appointments.
- Responsible for confirming and verifying appointments and sending follow up emails/texts.
- Take phone call from sales reps on the field.
- Rehash Setting Appointments.
- Cancel Save Setting Appointments.
- Confirmation Appointment.
- Manage customer databases.
- Oversee Call Center representatives.
- Provides general Administrative, Sales and Marketing support wherever needed.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Call Center.
- Remodeling experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills including experience in MS Office, Outlook, Internet etc.
- Able to pass a drug and background screening.
- Drive time 30 minutes or less from Wood Dale.
