Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of Call Center representatives - Set performance goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development - Monitor Call Center operations to ensure quality customer service is provided - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Analyze Call Center data and generate reports on team performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Strong supervisory skills with previous experience in a leadership role - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members - Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
