Responsibilities for Call Center Supervisor jobs include:
- Supervise and lead a team of Call Center agents, providing guidance and support
- Coaching to motivate and guide team members to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, motivation, and open communication
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
