Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Pay: $14.00 plus a monthly bonus potential

Revenue Group is looking for an enthusiastic sales agent to generate sales in a fast-paced environment. After 90 days, we offer a full benefits package including: PTO, medical, vision, dental, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, 8 paid holidays and much more!

What Will Your Role Be?

• Deliver scripted talks to residential customers to explain the benefits of our client’s products and services to persuade potential customers.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Work with multiple computer applications while simultaneously taking inbound/outbound calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in a sales, retail and or Call Center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 7 Year Background Check
