Optimal Ship is a global logistics company that assists other businesses with shipping worldwide. We are looking for a Call Center manager that will oversee the sales, and day-to-day operations of our Call Center, manage performance, feedback and coaching of team members, monitor and assess client calls, emails and other activities.
· Duties:
- Motivate employees to increase sales and meet goals
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Call Center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Call Center Sales performance and efficiency
- Set performance goals and targets for Call Center agents
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues
- Analyze Call Center data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize Call Center processes
· Requirements:
- Sales experience: proven sales success
- Management experience
- Excellent, timely communication skills; verbal and written
- High energy personality and leadership qualities
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs
- Capable of performing own duties independently with little to no supervision
