CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Call Center Representative
REPORTS TO: Call Center Manager
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately. Representatives also schedule appointments for all of the locations of Eye Care of Maine.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work with the public
Possess excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to handle multi line phone system
Proficient use of computers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
-Answering all incoming calls in a timely manner
-Document patients records as needed
-Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed
-Sending out welcome packets to new patients
-Respond to messages from the answering service appropriately
-Attend all scheduled meetings
-Work overtime as needed, as well as being flexible with schedule
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting up to 7-8 hours a day
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
