Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of Call Center representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed performance targets

- Monitor calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance

- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to team members

- Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints promptly

- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to optimize procedures and enhance customer service

- Prepare reports on team performance, analyze data, and identify trends for improvement

Experience:

- Proven experience in a Call Center environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers

- Proficiency in project management to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to manage diverse teams and handle conflicts professionally

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Proficient in English both written and verbal
