As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance and support.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing information and guidance to customers about our products and services
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating relevant information to resolve issues effectively
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about their accounts or orders
- Documenting and maintaining detailed customer records and information
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical support for our products and services
- Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
