How You’ll Make an Impact

The Call Center Agent will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. They accept ownership for effectively answering customer inquiries regarding pricing, hours of operations, and location; while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.  

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner regarding pricing, hours of operations, and location
  • Identifying and addressing customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every request and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accurately relaying information and fostering the communication between VIOC field teams and customers
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative score card metrics
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months in a customer support role
  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and software applications

  • Remote position requires stable high speed internet and ability to hard wire directly to router

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
