Cake Decorator/Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Use various techniques and tools to create visually appealing designs
- Ensure cakes are finished in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure efficient production and quality control
- Assist with other bakery tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, specifically in cake decorating or baking, is preferred
- Knowledge of food production and catering practices
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers and fulfill their cake requests
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling, including knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Culinary skills, including knife skills, to create intricate cake designs
- Familiarity with various cake decorating techniques and tools
